The Team
Zak Snider Founder, Haus Development Group
Zak has over 20 years of real estate, construction, and design experience dating back to his summer internship with a bricklayer in Ohio while in high school. After designing his parents’ home at 18, he knew it was what he was meant to do, so he obtained his Masters in Architecture from Yale. After graduating top of his class, Zak went to work for SHoP Architects in NYC, where he was part of the design team for the Barclay’s Arena in Brooklyn; he also worked with a top architect on high-end condo conversions in TriBeCa and SoHo. Though his passion was always residential design and building, Zak took a 12-year detour into the world of commercial real estate in order to make that dream a reality. Over his career, Zak was responsible for more than 11 million ft² of office leasing, including Hudson Yards, the largest private development in the history of the US.

Matt Martin
Matt has a 15-year background in finance and real estate. After working his way up to Director of Finance for Disney, Matt left the finance world to pursue his passion for real estate sales in New York City. In his first year in the business, Matt was named Rookie of the Year among thousands of new real estate agents across the city, and he has since gone on to sell over $10M of real estate annually. Matt’s personalized attention to each customer has gained him a reputation for being easy to work with, diligent, and steadfast on looking out for his clients’ best interests.
Matt brings his real estate expertise and finance background to Haus Development Group, along with his creative eye for design.
Boomer
Boomer is an Australian Labradoodle. He loves almost every adventure, as long as it involves being outdoors and around other people or animals. Boomer is easily distracted by treats, balls, or really anyone who will give him loads of attention - and how could you not with that face?!
Boomer makes the perfect companion at every build site and design meeting!
